With the development of the shipping economy,the ship to port of frequency increasing,the berth service capacity of some ports can not meet the berth requirements of the port,need to wait in the anchorage,but if outside the anchorage or anchor at the location of the ship navigation safety,it may be serious impact on the safety of the passing ships;In addition,offshore wind farms and platforms occupy large area of sea,and the resources of port waters are getting more and more intense.Therefore,in order to effectively utilize water resources to meet the needs of port and ensure the waters ship safety,need a scientific and reasonable planning on anchorage,the main problem is to determine the appropriate number of anchorage."Design code of General Layout for Sea Ports"(JTS165-2013)explain that,size and number of anchorage,should according to the port to the ship type and density,the port production organization and waters the comprehensive factors such as natural environment,but gave no specific calculation method.Therefore,in order to study more accurate number of anchorage,it is necessary to consider the influence of comprehensive factors.In the thesis,first,the relevant specification and various berth demand calculation method,analyzing the characteristic of the port and shipping to the port law and berth service ability,determined on the basis of queuing theory to establish berth demand calculation model,and considering the port of bad weather,the influence of the multiple constraints such as the instruction,through processing the data,it is concluded that the data distribution under the influence of the limiting factor.Then,based on the theory of repairable queuing system and recommended in "HANDBOOK FOR DESIGN OF SEA HARBOUR" of queuing system theory to study the problems of the number of anchorage,respectively repairable berth demand calculation model is established and the classic berth demand calculation model,detailed research and the method of choosing model parameters were determined.Finally,using the oil drilling ships coal port clearance data for two kinds of model verification,through comparative analysis of the calculated results with the real data values of repairable berth demand calculation model is verified calculated value more accurate than classical berth demand calculation model,the calculation results with actual situation more in line with the ports,more conducive to reasonable planning area construction.
