1553B bus to a higher transmission speed and superior transmiss ion stability,etc.has been widely used in China's aerospace and other fields.It is n ecessary to build a ground simulation system to test the function and performance of the bus.The simulation card based on the 1553 B bus is the key equipment of t he ground simulation system,because of the great risk of carrying on the test direc tly in airborne environment.In the past,most of the simulation cards are stand-alon e systems,that is,after the power can only achieve a simulation function,or the r ealization of RT,or the realization of BC or BM,but not at the same time three,so for multi-functional 1553 B simulation card design and research It is particularly important.In this paper,the 1553 B bus protocol is deeply researched,and the FPGA-base d design method is used to realize the multi-function 1553 B simulation card.The main functions of the 1553 B simulation card are completed in an FPGA chip.The XC6SLX75 chip of Xilinx Spartan6 series is used as the control core to build the hardware platform of the simulation card.The driver and the application program o f the simulation card are developed on this platform to simulate,test and verify the1553 B bus in the ground environment..The hardware part mainly includes: FPG A unit module,power conversion module,memory module,data transceiver circuit module and PCI interface module.Finally,the hardware module of FPGA module,p ower conversion module,memory module,data transceiver circuit module and PCI in terface module are introduced.In the software design,the driver software and the a pplication software are developed with the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 NET3.5 de velopment environment.The software function hierarchy,the driver and the detailed design of the application program are introduced.Driver to complete the board op en,close,start,stop,transfer function.Application layer programs provide interface a nd operating system support.Simulation results show that the simulation card has the advantages of complet e function,good performance,stable operation and high security,which can meet th e needs of simulation and verification,and reach the requirement of simulation verification.The expected goal,for the 1553 B bus system development and ground sim ulation test provides a guarantee.
