Nowadays more and more people come to share the commonsense about test system of higher speed and smaller volume. Integrated test system based on CompactPCI structure is consistent with this development. Based on the military project "ATC electronic devices integrated testing system based on CompactPCI structure"carried by UESTC, this paper focuses on the design of testing software architecture and testing function. At first, with introducing the CompactPCI bus, the paper discusses a base architecture of the whole testing system and shows the hardware components and software solutions. It stresses the design of the software. According to the DUTs and different testing requirements, it expatiates the kernel codes and flows of parameter and function testing. Discusses the hardware structure and protocol of MIL-STD-1553B, it provides a new method to operate. Then, the paper discusses the working principle and testing methods of simulate interfaces. At last, abstracts a universal software's structure of auto testing system based on multi-thread technology.
