The MIL-STD-1553 B bus is a centralized time division serial bus,which has the advantages of high reliability,real-time performance and high level electrical assurance.It is widely used in the fields of aircraft,rocket and manned spacecraft.With the development of Aeronautical technology,the functions of aeronautical equipment are becoming more complex and iteration is more frequent.In order to ensure the quality and reliability of Aeronautical equipment,more comprehensive tests are needed.However,the traditional1553 B bus test equipment can not meet the rapid development of aeronautical equipment test requirements.Therefore,this topic starts with the test simulation technology based on 1553 B bus.By choosing 1553 B bus card and industrial computer as the hardware of the simulation platform,using C++ language and Qt framework,a set of universal test simulation platform for 1553 B bus is built.In the design of the simulation platform,the existing 1553 B bus test equipment has poor versatility and single function.A hardware-software decoupling design based on 1553 B bus card and a semi-automated test method based on instruction word matching are presented to enhance the functionality and universality of 1553 B bus test simulation platform.The main work is as follows:(1)By researching 1553 B bus protocol specification,the communication technology of1553 B bus is summarized,and according to the characteristics and project requirements of1553 B bus,the principle and components of 1553 B bus test and simulation platform are described.(2)To solve the problem of high coupling between 1553 B card hardware and the software of the simulation platform,a software design method of soft-hard decoupling is presented,the implementation principle of soft-hard decoupling is introduced in detail,and a complete set of data structure and conversion interface is designed,which improves the portability and versatility of the test and simulation platform.(3)By analyzing the requirements of simulation platform to simulate each terminal on1553 B bus,a set of universal 1553 B bus test and simulation software is designed and implemented on the framework of soft and hard decoupling.For the design of simulation software,the overall design of the system is carried out first,and the simulation platform is divided into three main modules: BC function simulation,RT function simulation and BM function simulation.Each module is designed in detail.(4)On the basis of simulating 1553 B bus device protocol layer and link layer on the simulation platform,for the application layer simulation of the device,an automatic response function between the simulation platform and the device under test is proposed based on instruction word matching.Message error injection,CRC algorithm generation verification and other modules are added to the simulation platform to meet the actual test requirements.Finally,through detailed test cases,the core functions of the simulation platform are thoroughly tested,which verifies that the simulation platform has perfect functions,friendly graphical interface and good stability performance in the test of each terminal on the simulated 1553 B bus.Experiments show that the simulation platform has high engineering application value for device test using 1553 B bus.
