Electricity can be widely used in industrial production and daily life,however,the quality of power can not meet the requirements,will give workers,agricultural production and daily life to bring a variety of problems,resulting in the inevitable loss.So the electrical energy demand increases at the same time also brought such as waveform distortion,power system fault and transient power quality,therefore,developed a computer simulation of voltage sags,voltage sags and imbalance of power device failure,for monitoring of how well the analysis and improvement of power quality problem is particularly critical.To this end,this paper,based on the Labwindows software platform as the core,signal conditioning hardware and data acquisition card as the backing,proposed and designed a set of voltage disturbance generator Labwindows measurement and control software.The Lawindows measurement and control software designed in this paper is one of the key parts of the whole system.The system is designed to realize the control of the whole system and the function of power quality monitoring.The system of real-time display of the power quality problem of voltage disturbance condition,complete parameter perturbation of three-phase output voltage in the device settings,to control the entire system to start and stop,at the same time with the data acquisition card online collection of energy input and output analysis,online monitoring,data input and output from the power line,complete system of electric energy the quality monitoring function.The measurement and control system mainly includes three parts:signal conditioning part,data acquisition part and GUI software part.Data acquisition part of the USB-6343 NI data acquisition card as the core,to complete the analog signal acquisition and digital I/O control functions,to achieve the synchronization of the signal synchronization acquisition and alarm,indicating the response function.GUI software is the core part of the system,based on the windows operating system,the software interface on the button,waveform and spreadsheet input and display controls,with the signal conditioning part and data acquisition card,complete control and monitoring system.According to the GUI software includes two GUI control panel:Labwindows control GUI and Labwindows off-line analysis GUI,which Labwindows control GUI with data acquisition card and the main control board to complete the output waveform transient voltage of the system to start,stop,system status display and alarm response function;Labwindows GUI complete data sampling and off-line analysis the off-line analysis,waveform playback display,generating function parameters analysis report,waveform and so on.The system has been tested in the laboratory,and it has realized the function of the system design and the technical requirement of the system.This paper first discusses the background significance and development status of power quality problems,a detailed analysis of the calculation method of power quality parameters,put forward the overall design scheme of voltage disturbance generator Labwindows measurement and control system.Secondly the voltage disturbance signal processing part of the hardware design of the Labwindows device and control system,detailed program design panel the software design of the front panel and the rear.Finally,test the system function.
