Premium Power Park(PPP) is an important aspect of application of customer power technology, whether in the traditional industries or in the modern financial, or IT fields.In this paper, through the research on topology structure, coordination of power supply and PQDs, it puts forward a practical PPP topology structure and a corresponding coordinated control strategy, and then build PSCAD/EMTDC simulation model to valid the ability of the proposed topology, which will play important role in analysis and practical construction of the future PPP construction.Firstly, it presents two typical PPP cases-Delaware PPP and field demonstration of multiple power quality levels system in Sendai. Secondly, mainly focus on typical cases from topology structure, coordination of power supply and PQDs, and make the analysis and summarization from the power supply, load type and the kind of PQDs.Secondly, regarding the existing PPP topology as main research object, it analysize the power supply, load type and compensation ability of PQDs, and proposes a practical topology:three feeders supply power for three kinds of loads by three buses connected APF、DSTATCOM、UPS and MT, and analysis its reasonableness from the overall structure design, choice of power supply, PQDs choice, the choice of backup power and other aspects.Based on the proposed PPP topology, it designs three feeders parameters of three kinds of loads and PQDs, and calculates the capacities of PQDs and MT, and then constructures the overall configuration of PPP, it will laid the foundation for building the simulation platform.And then, it analysis the existing PPP coordination and makes the conclusion from the coordination of among PQDs, power supply and PQDs and provides the idea for putting forward coordination control strategy from Configuring coordination and operating control coordination. Secondly, it gives the whole PPP and special L-2, L-3 loads coordinated control strategy of power supply coordination and PQDs under the condition of voltage sags, power outages and recovery.Lastly, it builds PPP simulation model based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform.Through simulating separate power supply to L-1, L-2, L-3 class loads through three feeder under the normal operation and failure, and valids the role of power quality improvements through PQDs.Through simulating the coordination between the different feeders, such as interruption occurs on the three feeder, the two feeder, both the two and the three feeders outage, and valids proposed PPP topology and corresponding coordinated control strategy on realizing multiple power quality levels power supply and improving overall power supply reliability.
