The Landing Door System is an important part of elevator,it is the in and out channel of humans or goods.According to statistics,more than 80 percent of elevator failures and more than70 percent of elevator accidents are caused by the failure of the Landing Door System.When the Landing Door System fails,it may cause the elevator to fall into the shaft,shear people and other major casualties.so it has great significance to analysis the failure and the reliability of the Landing Door System.This paper was researching on the Landing Door System of Passenger Elevator.The failure analysis,failure mechanism analysis and reliability calculation of the Landing Door System are carried out.The specific contents as follows:According to the elevator door system(Car Door System and Landing Door System)the structure and working principle of the door system is divided into five subsystems,Analysed the failure mode of all five subsystems and generated Landing Door System FMEA table.Then the elevator door system fault tree model was built by using the FMEA table,with the aid of experts' experience resulted the level of the failure probability of bottom events evaluation,convert experts' experience to the fuzzy probability by using the‘principle of decomposition theorem and expansion' and triangular fuzzy function,and the ‘mean area method' to fuzzy process the fuzzy probability.Converting it into bayesian network,calculated the posterior probability calculation of the root leaf node of elevator door system to find out that the weak link which is the impact failure of the elevator door actuator.Based on Abaqus/Explicit in the mainstream of the elevator door system layer of actuators in finite element simulation,analyzes its features,in the process of impact analysis of door plank thickness,location of impact,the impact of quality on the deformation and the influence of the reaction,etc.The failure mechanism of door fan deformation,sliding block deformation,door sliding block and door fan gap are analyzed.According to the national standard of the reliability of elevator,the minimum reliability value of the door fan is calculated.According to the failure mechanism analysis of last chapter,the limit state equation of several fault modes after the impact of the door system is determined,and the reliability theoretical model of failure mode is constructed.Considering the door sheet thickness,material quality of impact,the impact position of random variables,the effects of extract three variables samples,with hundreds of the Latin hypercube sampling data and the use of Abaqus/Explici for parametric modeling,and using Monte Carlo for numerical simulation to solve the theory of reliability model to get the corresponding reliability value.It provided the basis for the reliability analysis of Center Opening Landing Door System of Passenger Elevator.
