Elevator Landing Door Parametric Design And System Development

As a key component and sub-system of elevator product, elevator landing door's developing time are lengthy and are later than marketing expect because of landing door's safety, high performance and reliability requirement. At the same time, because of the diversified requirement of marketing and competition, the quality of product development and developing time are strictly required. Design for mass-production and advanced manufacture is also need to be considered during landing door developing. All of these are need improved urgently for landing door design in elevator industry.Based on the marketing requirement and Otis China's stratagem, combining with major door operator design in Otis and original design, the new landing door design is scheduled and arranged in this dissertation. Main tasks are below:1. Using Pro/E to do parametric design for landing door. Finish the design for standardization, serially and module of elevator component. Program will be primary-design and family table will be aid-design.2. Finite analyze software is used to validate and optimize product design.3. Design for manufacture. Manufacture method is considered in the new design.4. Implement product information administration with information technology.The developing is being pilot phase. Running performance, test result and manufacture are all get good result. The design is ready for mass-production and benefit for company and reaches the requirements in the dissertation.
