Research On The Application Of BIM In Engineering Cost Management Of Construction Unit

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction units are facing more severe competition in the market,and profit margins are further compressed.At the same time with the rapid economic development,artificial materials machinery and other costs are also rising year by year,construction cost control difficulty is further enhanced.The construction unit of the project cost management puts forward higher requirements.For a long time,the construction unit project cost management is an inefficient and extensive management mode,which has been unable to meet the increasingly mature information technology,fine,intelligent industry development requirements.The emergence of BIM technology provides an effective information sharing platform for all parties involved in the project construction,the BIM technology can be used to create three-dimensional visualized informationized intelligent model,which can improve the accuracy of project measurement,change the claim quickly,speed up the construction progress,realize the effective sharing of the cost information between various professional,control the construction cost reasonable,and provides a good solution to improve the efficiency of project cost management.In view of the current problems in project cost management,this paper puts forward the BIM-based cost management method and analyzes its application in construction unit project cost management.First of all,put forward its positive role in the development of building information by analyzing the connotation of BIM technology and the development of the status quo at home and abroad.Secondly,the development course of project cost management in China is studied,and the application value and superiority of project cost management in each stage of BIM are analyzed according to the status quo of project construction cost management.Finally,the application of BIM technology in the bidding stage,construction stage,final acceptance stage and other stages of the construction project cost management is analyzed in combination with the project case,and the application methods of BIM in construction unit cost management is summarized and its development is prospected.
