Research On Soil And Water Conservation Scheme Of A Railway Construction Project

Railway project is an important part of the national infrastructure construction,also is the key control object of soil erosion.According to the national medium and long term railway planning,China will have a large number of railway construction projects in next few years.It is important to handle the work of soil and water conservation for constructing the civilized ecology.Despite the current soil and water conservation work of development and construction projects is becoming more and more perfect,but there are still a series of problems in some aspects.In this study,we use the soil and water conservation project of Dazhun to Shuohuang railway line contact as the background,combine with existing research,through the method of comparative analysis and literature review method to analyze soil and water conservation scheme of the railway construction project.We except to put forward some improvement suggestions,provide a reference for the development and construction of the project of soil and water conservation work.The main conclusion as follows,(1)Soil and water conservation scheme of development and construction projects should be highlighted the key point.The key component of the program is clear scope of soil and water loss control,responsibility control,control standard,schedule,spoil(stone)slag field location and soil and water conservation monitoring tasks and arrangements,provide scientific and reasonable measures of prevention;(2)Soil and water conservation scheme of railway construction project should be based on the nature and task of project preparation.Soil and water conservation scheme of development and construction projects is a technical document with legal effect,but the current exists some issues,such as in the main part of the project evaluation is not prominent characteristics of soil and water conservation,soil erosion prediction is not scientific,the typical design measures is not typical.The reason is the legal consciousness of employees lack of law enforcement personnel and law enforcement is not strict;(3)Using innovative ideas and awareness of the law to write soil and water conservation scheme of railway construction projects.The strengthen the concept of law enforcement,constraint theory,optimization of the main engineering philosophy and ecological environmental protection concept need to use in the soil and water conservation scheme.Improving soil and water conservation work in development and construction projects is a system engineering,such as to increase publicity from the soil and water conservation,improve and strengthen supervision and management,strengthen the scientific research of development and construction project of soil and water conservation etc.Soil and water conservation is a system engineering,to improve the work level of soil and water conservation need many departments,related units and even the whole society to synergistically react.To strengthen the synergistic effect of macro research of soil and water conservation project from the social economic perspective,to provide a theoretical basis for the development of related systems.
