Under the guidance of cooperation initiatives of One Belt One Road,and the promotion of National sea-rail transport demonstration line and National multimodal transport demonstration project,the container multimodal transport from north seaport to northeast China meet the needs of national strategic layout requirement.It will help north seaports and inland dry ports interconnect and benefit each other.In order to better promote the development of container multimodal transport,this thesis studies the optimization of multimodal transport scheme of north seaports to northeast China from the economic perspective.Based on the theories of container port and its hinterland and connotation and elements of container multimodal transport,the thesis studies the development status and potential of node channel and container volume from north seaports to northeast China.The north container multimodal transport node and channel layout has already emerged.As the representative of the seaports,Dalian port,Tianjin port,and Yingkou port play important roles in the multimodal transport port side.As the representative of dryports,Liaoning Shenyang,Jilin Changchun and Heilongjiang Harbin play important roles in the multimodal transport inland side.Based on the Moving average method,Exponential smoothing method and ARMA model,using MATLAB and Eviews software,the thesis empirically analyzes and forecasts the container volume.In the future,container volume of multimodal transport shows an overall increasing trend.Based on the analysis of the relevant factors of container multimodal transport in North China,the thesis optimizes the container multimodal transport scheme from north seaports to the northeast China.The thesis takes node examples of Dalian port,Tianjin port,Yingkou port,Liaoning Shenyang,Jilin Changchun and Heilongjiang Harbin.Based on TOPSIS decision of entropy method and MATLAB software,the thesis studies economic scheme of various modes of transport from shipping sides to inland sides.Based on quantitative research,Dalian port has the absolute competitiveness of foreign trade container multimodal transport.Tianjin port has the absolute competitiveness of domestic trade container multimodal transport.Tianjin port can develop long distance container multimodal transport.At the same time,the effectiveness of container sea-rail multimodal transport is relatively remarkable in various transportation modes.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative research,the thesis puts forward some advises to promote the development of multimodal transport from north seaports to the northeast China.Firstly,the network of multimodal transport needs to be constructed and the microcirculation system of transportation needs to be smooth.Secondly,multimodal transport operator should be fostered and the related services should be optimized.Thirdly,container sea-rail multimodal transport needs to be developed and the container train service needs to be improved.Lastly,integrated information platform of northern multimodal transport should be built.
