Container Multimodal Transport Route Selection From Japan To Europe Based On China Railway Express

With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,China railway company have gained unprecedented opportunities for development in international rail freight intermodal transportation.The CR Express has emerged in this situation.Through the multimodal transport of CR Express,more and more countries are participating in the Belt and Road Initiative,allowing more companies to enjoy the convenience provided by the Belt and Road.The CR Express brought a new export route from Japan to Europe and Central Asian countries,which has received wide attention from Japan.Japanese companies are actively demanding the use of CR Express to complete cargo transportation between Japan and Europe,but there is not much research on the specific routing options.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of route selection for multimodal transport from Japan to Europe,and to help multimodal transport operators to make reasonable and effective decisions.Firstly,this paper summarizes the related concepts of multimodal transport based on CR Express,analyzes the process of multimodal transport.It starts with the process of goods transfer,the relevant participants and the business process of multimodal transport operators.The specific selection process of the multimodal transport operator in the route selection,the analysis of the time and cost factors affecting the route selection.Secondly,considering the schedule of the transportation mode of from Japan to China Shipping and CR Express and the constraints of meeting the time limit requirements of customers for transportation time,the route selection model of establishing transportation cost,fixed transit cost and storage cost of transit point is the smallest,through research Model structure,determine and design the corresponding genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,taking the container transportation from Tokyo Port to Hamburg Port as a model analysis,the specific example data is given in detail,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the periodicity of the transportation process.The transportation routes,total transportation costs and total transportation time from the Tokyo Port to the Port of Hamburg via CR Expess were obtained,and the practical application significance of this model was analyzed.
