With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and the steady growth of the proportion of export-oriented economy in Jiangsu Province,container transportation is the main mode of transportation for import and export trade.Considering that Jiangsu has complex channel network and complete waterway and highway infrastructure,how to promote multimodal container transportation in Jiangsu Port becomes one of the most pressing issues.Meanwhile,it is also particularly important to optimize the allocation of Jiangsu transportation resources and build a low-carbon container green channel,as the implementation of the concept of green port and energy-saving and emission reduction measures.In this paper,the status quo of container transportation in Jiangsu province is analyzed and sorted out,and the research status of path selection,multimodal container transportation and low-carbon transportation at home and abroad is elaborated.Taking the shortest transportation time,the lowest transportation cost and the lowest carbon emission as the objective function,the multi-objective optimization model of container multimodal transportation path in Jiangsu port is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.First of all,the existing transportation modes and proportions of Jiangsu port containers are researched and sorted out,and the development status,characteristics and existing problems of the six major channels of river-to-river direct transportation are summarized.Secondly,on basis of the constructure of three objective functions of transportation cost,transportation time and carbon emission,the container multimodal transportation path optimization model of Jiangsu port is constructed,with the goal of the lowest transportation cost,the shortest transportation time and the lowest carbon emission.Finally,the multi-objective optimization model is solved by the genetic algorithm with the degree of preference,and the model is substituted into an example for solution analysis.For example,the quantitative container cargo is selected to start from Waigaoqiao Port and then transported to Xuzhou Port,passing through a number of node terminals or operating areas,and eventually the optimal route of container transportation in Jiangsu port is determined.
