With the further development of economic integration and computer science and technology,and gradually increase the level of information intelligence,at the same time,in the process of globalization,the port has become a worldwide interoperability interface,its throughput is cont:inuous rising trend.How to efficiently and conveniently complete the port production operation,change the traditional port production mode,and improve the modern management of port enterprises,is the direction of the next step reform of port enterprises.The production scheduling is the key link in the port management,and the key to improve the port production management level is to improve the production efficiency of the port.Therefore,according to the information construction of port production,combined with the theory of intelligent scheduling,the use of advanced information system,each link of production scheduling coordination and mutual effect,the realization of intelligent port production scheduling.In this paper,based on reading lots of documents,combined with my own work experience,the use of intelligent scheduling theory,the existence of first harbor company informatization construction of the current problems and summarized,proposed information system function module suitable for the actual production and operation.In the basis of the information,according to the characteristics of ports,the establishment of ship scheduling model,the minimum time in port and berth idle time total scheduling period,all ships,and the application of genetic algorithm to solve.Finally,in a certain period of time the ship first harbor company in Tianjin to plan as an example,using genetic algorithm,intelligent scheduling of scheduling period of ships,and compared with the artificial production scheduling method,port operation efficiency is improved.
