Application Research On Foamed Concrete Technology In Light Insulate Roof Board

With the development of human society,the earth's storage of oil,natural gas,coal and a series of energy is increasingly exhausted and the deterioration of the environment is aggravated.According to reliable data,the building energy consumption accounts for up to 40% of the total energy consumption.The heating measures are widely adopted in winter in northern cities and towns in China,and the area of new heating residential buildings is increasing.If all the new buildings are designed with energy-saving design and using of high-efficiency thermal insulation materials,It will greatly reduce the heating coal.At the same time,such as carbon dioxide emissions,harmful gas emissions,smoke emissions,solid waste pollution and a series of environmental problems.Foam concrete insulation board is to pour the foam concrete into the plate formed in the frame plate,which has the advantages of low thermal conductivity,excellent fire resistance,simple process and low cost.Foam concrete insulation board which has the characteristics of low density and easy installation will be more and more popular in fabricated buildings.The research progress of foamed concrete at Domestic and foreign,the principle and mix proportion design method of foam concrete has been summarized in this paper.The influence factors of performance are also discussed.Combined with the characteristics of foamed concrete and frame plate,the production technology of foam concrete is described.Through the actual production and development project,the influence of cementitious materials,water cement ratio and fly ash content on the properties of foamed concrete is discussed.The conclusion is that the water-cement ratio of foamed concrete should be controlled between 0.4 ~ 0.46,and the addition of fly ash will reduce the strength of foamed concrete.The rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement system can be selected to produce foamed concrete to reduce cracking and shorten the construction period.The main points of quality control in the production of foam concrete has put forward,and points out that the quality control should penetrate the whole process of the production,storage,transportation and maintenance of foamed concrete insulation board.The research results of this paper have been carried out on a large scale in the factory,the actual effect is better.Product not only caters to the market demand,but also has good social and economic benefits.It is of great significance to the green,energy saving and sustainable development of the construction industry.
