Currently, the rotation in the railway bureaus and locomotive depots of people and locomotives exist in the development of locomotive informatization. At the same time, there are a lot of problems and status in the information system of each depot, such as compartmentalization, disconnectedness, the unbalanced development, single Information-Island and so on.In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of railway, the railway administration needs to establish an information sharing platform. On the platform,we can plan unitedly and integrate the data in the information system of each bureau and locomotive depot.By the sharing of the information in the data platform,we can build a comprehensive, consecutive, complete, accurate and timely data link of the people(the train conductors)and the locomotives(all kinds of locomotives). Therefore,we can integrate, combine, exchange and do statistical analysis of the information of locomotive operation, locomotive data and the train conductors,in order to achieve the data sharing platform which cover the train conductors and the locomotives. At the same time,it can provide professional management, decision support and inquiry service of comprehensive business. In response to the phenomenon of single Information-Island which exist in the LKJ data analysis system,6A video information and the recording pen files in each locomotive depot, the analyst can only do separate analysis, rather than association analysis of both the three. And this may lead us to ignore some problems in the process of security analysis, and maybe some problems cannot be solved completely. Therefore,it is very important to establish a data sharing platform which combines the LKJ logs,6A video files and the recording pen files.
