Flight recording controller used in a large flight test, the purpose is to through the remoteterminal to control the bus controller, collection and records of related parameters duringflight.Based on understood the research status and development trend of the1553B bustechnology of the domestic and foreign and the recorder which combined the1553B bustechnology, according to the need of actual flight test, proposed the design program of Flightrecording controller. Through a combination of hardware and logic design, realized thefunction of control and record that the flight recording controller has.According to the need to collect and receive signals, this paper introduced the circuit andthe logic design of the analog-to-digital conversion interface module from that how to selectAD converter and the way of transformation, and introduced the circuit and the logic designof RS-422interface and RS-232interface from timing design of asynchronous serialtransmission. This paper elaborated the scheme selection of data recording from invalid blockchecking and page programming. Through the calculation of the storage speed, verified thefeasibility of the storage scheme. By using the ground test unit test and data processing andanalysis of the test software, verified the accuracy and reliability of the data record.In this paper, based on the study and understanding of the technology of1553Bbus, described the design configuration and hardware circuit of remote terminaland bus monitor. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, discusses the method of buscable terminal matching. According to the working mode of1553B, describes the workinglogic design of the remote terminal and the bus monitor. By means of simulation card of1553B, respectively, verified the function of the remote terminal and bus monitor. At thesame time, used the oscilloscope to monitor the data waveform of the1553B data buscommunication, thus further verified the correctness of the design.
