The curved block manufacturing is an important part in the process ofshipbuilding. A perfect production schedule of curved block construction can shortenthe manufacturing cycle and improve the productivity of the curved block workshop.Then the shipbuilding enterprises of China continue developing to towards finalassembly shipbuilding and lean shipbuilding.In this paper, according to curved block construction process and the feature ofcurved block workshop materials management method, mainly done the follow work:After researching and analyzing the curved block workshop processing methodand job shop production schedule system, curved block processing workshop isdefined belonging to discrete event, all moulding bracket in workshop are treated asparallel machine, based on this simulation model is established. According to thefeature of curved block workshop manufacturing with a fixed position, variousproduction plan optimization methods and optimization algorithms are analyzed,production scheduling theory and genetic algorithms are summarized. Curved blockworkshop preliminary production plan are prepared by assembly departments, usingsimulation software of Plant-Simulation that comes with the genetic algorithm tooptimize the initial plan of moulding bracket. In the optimization process theparameters is setted and the program is done. After the optimization will get theresults are compared with the results of the preliminary production plan, the total timeto complete the production plan is shorten, the likelihood of improving productionefficiency workshop is increased.Meanwhile, curved block manufacturing process and workshop materialsdistribution methods are analyzed, factors affecting delivery of materials resources areresearched, the optimized production schedule of moulding bracket are entered.Combined workshop Kanban management methods and Lean logistics ideas, establishsub-surface assembly workshop materials distribution model. in order to achievematerial distribution in the process of curved block manufacturing using testmanagement of simulation software. By optimizing the impact factor, to obtain theoptimum value of transport equipment and line side yard of material store. This willreduce the total time to complete the job plan, to improve the rational use of resourcesin workshop.
