| The scale of urban heat supply network in our country increases gradually,and the demand of energy saving regulation of heating system is higher and higher.Simple experience adjustment can not meet the increasing management requirements of heating companies,and the energy saving regulation of heat supply network also depends on the large amount of data supported by the heat supply network.The heat metering data as the basic parameters of the heat supply network adjustment process,its credibility becomes particularly important.Although many scholars have done a lot of research on the metrological characteristics of the heat meter,but these studies mainly focus on the single measurement attributes of the product of the heat meter,without setting up a complete model of the heating system by heat meter data deviation throughout the whole heating energy impact simulation.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a complete simulation model of heat supply system to investigate the influence of data deviation of heat meter on energy saving regulation of heating system.The simulation model of heating system mainly studies the influence of the data deviation of heat metering on the energy saving regulation of the whole system.The application of heat capacity of particle system method of heating system in heat source,heating and hot users were part of the establishment of dynamic mathematical model of thermal conditions using MATLAB/Simulink,each module of the package and then according to the actual physical model of heating heating system connected into a complete thermodynamic model,in order to achieve the actual power boiler in consideration of the actual flow,pipe network,inquiry the thermal conditions of the whole heating system change of indoor temperature and heat related parameters of the.The actual network,due to the coupling between heat and flow,in order to better reflect the effect of hydraulic conditions on the thermal conditions of the hydraulic model of network integrity is very necessary,SimHydraulics hydraulic simulation module by using simscape language in Simulink in a hydraulic simulation module,hydraulic model,and docking in MATLAB the two environment model,establishing a complete model of the network.It can be concluded that the thermal system under different working conditions due to the different degree of different node deviation caused by the heat metering and the hydraulic imbalance degree of influenceon the thermal conditions of the whole system,can more accurately simulate effect of heat metering data reliability of heating system energy-saving control,and further reveal the relevance of the heating system of hydroelectric and thermal conditions.Finally,the simulation is carried out by heating operation of the heat users under different conditions of heat metering data measurement error introduced,respectively,simulation of a direct connection and indirect connection heating heating without initial adjustment and has completed the initial adjustment under different conditions,according to the network operation of heat metering data of different degree of deviation adjust the collected valid data analysis of heating network,heating metering and measurement data error on the conditions of the heating network operation and to explore the effects of heating network operation.In this paper.Simulink is used to simulate the thermal and hydraulic conditions of the heating system.According to the characteristics of heat meter measurement in the actual conditions of the common error of the heat meter is approximately + 2%,+ 5%,+ 10%,according to the actual network physical model bias to different nodes heating heat metering heat users.The whole system hydraulic imbalance degree and thermal imbalance degree in comparative analysis,to explore the main factors affecting the heating system energy loss,promote heat metering instrument and automatic control system to better cope with the regulation of heating system,which makes intelligent process more accurate,efficient and automation. |
