As an important part of China’s power structure,the development of rural electricity is affected by the level of local economic development and the difference of electricity demand.The phenomenon of power transformation is often out of touch with big cities.In order to improve the current power reading accuracy of rural residents in rural and rural areas,the problems caused by low efficiency caused by manual reading are reduced.Starting from the characteristics of rural network environment,aiming at the characteristics of wide distribution of meter,external environment and small residential density in rural electric power network,this paper develops an automatic meter reading system.The design of this system will be useful for the information collection of power users in the less researched villages and towns.In view of the existing problems,this article has carried out the research of smart meter reading system in rural environment.The main research contents include:(1)Overall structural design.Based on the requirements analysis of the smart meter reading system,the overall structure of the system is designed.The system is divided into data acquisition layer,data communication pain,and information management layers from the bottom up.The data acquisition layer mainly includes smart meters,collectors,and concentrators;the data communication layer includes local communications and long-distance communications;and the information management layer is mainly a power supply company responsible for the issuance of system commands and real-time data processing.(2)Communication module design.In this paper,based on the communication performance and application scenarios,several commonly used communication methods such as fiber optic communication,wireless public network,wireless private network,power line carrier communication,wireless micro power communication,and RS485 communication are analyzed.Based on Lo Ra and GPRS communication solutions,a LoRa communication method with a wide communication range,short transmission distance,strong anti-jamming capability and suitable for short-time and small-data transmission is adopted as a local communication solution,and the transmission rate is high in the wireless public network,and the access time is high.A short GPRS communication method is used as a remote communication solution;a LoRa acquisition module and a LoRa aggregation module that can be used to interact with a smart meter are designed;and the designed communication method is tested and tested,and the result shows that the communication method can be adapted to a rural environment.Data transmission.(3)Design and implementation of meter reading management system.In the process of designing the information management system of the smart meter reading system in the rural environment,the system object model is first constructed,including a data acquisition system,a data management system,and a user management system.Using C# programming language to develop on Visual Studio 2010 development environment,use SQLServer database for data storage,and design functional modules for different types of users.Among them,the functions of common users in villages and towns mainly include file management,statistical inquiry,payment management,etc.The user’s functions mainly include file management,statistics query,set copy management,alarm management and system management.(4)Research on detection methods of electricity stealing.Starting from the data level,the k-means clustering method is used to extract the power consumption model of power users in the district,and the power stealing behavior analysis process is decomposed into user power model matching,historical data matching and stealing under the district Check three aspects.Through experimental verification,the method proposed in this paper can realize the detection of power usage of different power users,and realize on-line detection of power stealing behavior.In this paper,by setting up an experimental environment for the communication system proposed is verified,the experimental results show that the new combination of communication are presented in this paper can be applied to the urban environment for data acquisition,meter reading management system at the same time this paper structures can realize acquisition and functional sex user electric energy data with each other,and have the power theft detection capability,high the application value and promotion prospects.
