A good airport environment is an objective need to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation.Reasonable demarcation of civil drone flight restriction areas in the terminal area focused on the control range of airport towers can not only guarantee the safe operation of civil aviation flights,but also can be used for civil use.The healthy development of man-machines is escorted.In this paper,taking the single-runway airport that meets the two-way operation conditions as an example,from the perspective of airport tower control,from the perspective of protecting the “low-slow-small” civil drone,the preliminary flight-restricted area is designated according to the specific requirements of the airport’s obstacle confinement surface;Based on this,according to the requirements of the airport’s electromagnetic environment,the protection distance for UAV electromagnetic interference from the radio stations of aviation services was calculated,and the second-step flight-restricted zone was completed by combining the conventional distribution areas of the radio stations of aviation services.Designation.Comparing with the above-mentioned flight-restricted areas,with the principle that the minimum height of the flying height is the most stringent,the designation of the restricted-flying area and the no-fly zone within the limits of the airport towers controlled by the “low-slow-small” civilian drones is realized.Imagine that under extreme conditions,within the control of airport towers,from the point of view of protecting civil drones with sufficient kinetic energy and elevation,we propose a drone collision avoidance manned aircraft model,and carry out simulation verification;in the vertical direction,the above-mentioned restricted flight The height of the district is not sufficient to provide the shortest avoidance distance for the drone.Therefore,the above-mentioned restricted-flight area is expanded into a no-fly zone.In summary,compared to the existing civil drone airport protection scope,the no-fly zone has shortened the distance of at least 10 kilometers in total at the distance between the extension lines at both ends of the runway,and is at a distance perpendicular to the airport centerline and the extension line.Shortened at least 8 kilometers in total.For the area within the terminal area beyond the airport control area,this paper takes the ladder structure of the terminal area boundary and the yaw stage of the approaching flight as the reference,and gives the analysis of the manned aircraft yaw based on the track clustering.The manned machine is more likely to conclude yaw at the turning point and the descendingheight phase;in combination with the requirements for the delineation of the drone control zone,civil drones can operate at a height of less than 400 meters(airfield elevation)within this horizontal range.
