In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, more and more people have chosen civil airliners as their preferred mode of travel, and as the demand for aviation services has increased, airspace flight traffic has also increased dramatically. The problem of air traffic congestion has become more and more serious, and all sectors of society are increasingly concerned about flight delays. In the deployment strategy of the economic development of major powers, one of the important aspects of economic and livelihood development that cannot be ignored is aviation development. The main purpose of optimizing the air management system is to optimize the allocation of airspace resources.Creating relatively free flight conditions is also the most important measure to promote the development of China’s aviation industry and reduce flight delays. After comparing the use of airspace at home and abroad, this thesis extracts the advanced experience of developed countries such as the United States and Europe, and combines with the specific situation of public airspace management in Chongqing.Carry out analysis and analyze the actual application of Chongqing’s airspace, including the current airspace management system,military-civil aviation coordination mechanism, and airspace structure division.Explore the needs and feasibility of improving the utilization of public airspace resources in Chongqing, use the potential of the air traffic control system as much as possible, solve the pressure to support air traffic operations, and learn how to increase airspace capacity.Put forward a series of suggestions and strategies to improve the utilization of Chongqing’s airspace resources, strengthen the scientific planning of Chongqing’s public airspace, accurately integrate airspace resources, and optimize traffic management. It aims to promote economic and social development and national construction, and provide better, faster, smoother, safer and more efficient air transportation services for people’s lives. |
