Research On Airspace Management Decision Support System

The airspace is the active area of aircraft and important resource of nation. The management and use are the key point which affects the safety and efficiency of air transportation management system. Airspace management means how to maximize the profit of airspace resource under proper planning and management. Within rapid development of aviation industry, the limit of airspace has become a bottleneck which counteracts the development the management and improvement of airspace have been brought up today.Airspace management decision support system is made to provide a proper planning of airspace use, which is acceptable to all airspace users, with help of computer assistant decision technology. Besides, the system validates and simulates the feasibility by evaluating simulation technology.This thesis first introduces the status of airspace management in domestic and abroad, and correlative technology. Secondly, the thesis makes a gross design of an airspace management decision support system, designs the main module of the system. Finally, the thesis reestimates the evaluating system of airspace capacity of civil airport is implemented with the example of Shanghai Pudong international airport.
