Campus Facilities Operation And Maintenance Management Based On BIM Mode

In recent years,with the increasing popularity of BIM technology in architectural design and construction phase,the research on the application of BIM technology also extends to the later stage of construction's operation and maintenance management.Using the characteristic of collaborative design mode of BIM to collect and transfer relevant data in design and construction process,can apply the integrated database of BIM into maintenance phase,Which will help to improve the efficiency of operational management.Nevertheless,nowadays BIM technology application in operation and maintenance management research is still in its initial stage,how to better the BIM technology integrated into operation and maintenance management will still be a breakthrough for BIM research fields in the future time.Meanwhile,as the number of campus is increasing,the problem of campus operation and maintenance management cannot be ignored.Departments of education,administration,finance,logistics and security have their own information systems.Because the information systems used by various departments,which are independent of each other,the standards are not unified,and the data is difficult to share,which leads to the departments share unequal information,lack of well-off communication and harmonious cooperation,contradictions increase easily.Therefore,I think that a scientific operations of BIM model management solutions should be made to manage campus facilities and operations,to collect,integrate,manage and apply campus facilities information and finally will help to solve the above problems.Based on the research current situation of the development of campus facilities operations management,on the basis of analysis of campus facilities operations management problems,through to the equipment operational management concept definition,BIM and operations management,combining the content and the necessity of the BIM technology applied to campus facilities in operations management,in order to "campus facilities operations management" as the main research object,with the help of the Internet of things technology real-time monitoring,carries on the analysis and research about the facilities of assets,space,energy,and emergencymanagement,for the campus facilities operations management to explore a set of scientific and reasonable operational management solution.Through practical case analysis,the applicability of operation and maintenance management solution based on BIM mode is verified.This paper is based on the operation and maintenance management of campus facilities and equipment based on BIM mode,aiming at solving existing problems,improving campus environment.
