Study On Improvement Of Equipment And Facilities Operation And Maintenance Nianagement Of H City Subway Line 1

With China's metro traffic entering a period of centralized,rapid and large-scale development,the Metro has played a backbone role in urban public transport.At present,China's urban underground railway traffic construction has entered a period of rapid development,and has made great contributions to the public transport of large cities.However,after the completion and operation of urban metro,it will inevitably involve the maintenance and management of a large number of equipment and facilities during the operation period.Because of the long construction period of urban metro traffic in our country,the scale of the network put into operation varies.The metro traffic constructed by different cities,different metro companies and different contractors also leads to different operation and maintenance environments of various equipment and facilities in different cities due to the different construction scale,time and technology.This paper begins with a description of the important role of metro in urban traffic and the significance of the operation and maintenance of metro equipment and facilities in Metro operation.It also summarizes and analyses the operation and maintenance management of metro equipment and facilities in six typical domestic and foreign cities,including Beijing Metro,Shanghai Metro and Tianjin Metro,London Metro,Paris Metro and Tokyo Metro.Then,the paper sets up a questionnaire on the current situation of equipment and facilities operation and maintenance management of H City Metro Line 1,collects and analyses the relevant survey data,and obtains the problems existing in equipment and facilities operation and maintenance management of H City Metro Line 1.Then,aiming at the problems,the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward,including the establishment of preventive maintenance supervision mechanism,the improvement of engineering quantity measurement control and payment process,the improvement of the follow-up mechanism of the impact of the subway protection area,the improvement of the treatment measures of defects during the construction period,the optimization of the business division interface of maintenance departments,the rational selection of equipment and facilities maintenance strategy,and the implementation according to the improvement scheme.Finally,in order to confirm the improvement effect,the questionnaire survey is conducted again.The results show that the management level of equipment and facilities transportation management of H City Metro Line 1 has been improved to a certain extent.The proposed improvement scheme has certain effectiveness,and the research results have reference value.
