Investigation Of Traditional Settlements Spatial Characteristic In The Mountains Of Beijing Tianjin And Hebei Province Based On Digital Elevation

In recent years,the protection of the traditional settlements is more and more attention.Since 2012,after the country announced the first batch of national traditional village protection list,there have been four batches of national traditional village protection lists until today.There are 169 settlements in total in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,most of these settlements distributed in the mountainous area.Because of the limitation of traffic and topography,the spatial pattern and location characteristics of mountain traditional settlements are closely related to the surrounding landscape environment.Therefore,the relationship between landscape environment and settlements on a large scale is an important perspective of traditional settlements studies.In the context of the integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,it is very necessary to study the spatial characteristics of the traditional settlements in the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei mountains,and to build and recognize the residential environment system of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei mountain area,and to establish the digital elevation database of the traditional settlements in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei mountain area.Especially from the whole to grasp the new angle of the spatial characteristics of traditional settlements in Beijing Tianjin Hebei mountain area,there is still much room for research.This paper mainly studies the spatial characteristics of traditional settlements in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei mountain area,aiming to grasp the characteristics of space location,distribution and settlement evolution of traditional settlements on the whole.The main body of the article is divided into two parts,the traditional settlements in the mountain area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is first analyzed from the whole,summarized the characteristics of regional distribution on large scale.Then,according to different focuses,three typical regions are selected for further research.The spatial distribution of traditional settlements in typical regions is summarized.Finally,it summarizes the space general characteristics of traditional settlements in Beijing Tianjin Hebei mountain area.In the research method,this paper bases on open source elevation data,and also supplements other data related to traditional settlements,and uses ArcGis,Google Earth and Global Maper software for spatial analysis,quantitative analysis is made from elevation,slope direction,buffer zone,density and so on.Thus,the spatial digital information of the traditional settlements in the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province is obtained.The purpose of this study is to provide technical support and theoretical reference for the establishment of the traditional human settlement environment in the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei mountains.The conclusion of this article is verified by the combination of the historical context and the conclusion.It is helpful to the protection and planning of traditional settlements.
