Research On Public Satisfaction On The Quality About Natural Environment Of Human Settlements Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

Along with the development of economy and the construction of urbanization,the requirement of quality of living environment from public is higher.On one hand,high level living environment is the necessary premise of regional social and economic sustainable development,on the other hand,it helps to improve the public’s satisfaction,and improving the quality of public life.With the capital as the core,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is one of the most important population areas in China,however,due to the fragile ecological environment,unreasonable economic structure,imperfect environmental protection and management system,or other reasons,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are facing great pressure on improving the natural environment of human settlements.Based on the studies from scholars in related research in natural environment at recent years,This paper summarized the relevant information between 2014 and 2016 about the natural environment of human settlements in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from Sina micro-blog,Through the application of natural language processing dictionary analysis,this paper analyzed the related information about natural environment of human settlements in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the corresponding expressions of subjective attitudes from public,Through the study,this paper concluded three basic points as the following:(1)Firstly,it could be found that the public pays different degree attention to the natural environment of different areas.Specifically,the degree of concern for the public living environment of Beijing area is the highest,then are Hebei and Tianjin.(2)Secondly,there are different concerns about the public’s attitudes to the natural environment of human settlements in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by category,for Beijing people care the air quality most,as for Tianjin and Hebei they are water quality and verdurization.(3)Thirdly,the public satisfaction varies with the different actions to change the natural environment of human settlements.Separately,the measures to change the noise environment in Beijing are the lowest relative satisfaction degree,for Tianjin and Hebei are park environment and water quality environment respectively.It is suggested that related departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should give priority to the areas where public concerns most or the current satisfaction couldn’t get satisfied most,and promote the natural environment of human settlements continuously.
