Aircraft operation in special airport is regarded as a technical challenge in theoperation of Chinese civil aviation. The new technique of RNP AR is presented to solvethe problem that the aircraft can not operate in special airport caused by signal ofnavigation devices and terrains. Meanwhile, it can also lower the standard,to realiseoperation in all-weather condition, increase the normality of aircraft operation andensure flight safety in the special airport. This dissertation take XX airport as an example to study RNP AR navigationspecification and the construction specification of RNP AR flight procedures.Toanalysis the factors such as ground conditions and climatic charateristics based on thisairport. The goal of this dissertation is to determine the use of navigation specification, todesign a RNP AR flight procedure completely and dedign EOSID procedure foroperation in particular cases.Because the designing parameter for a program to calculate is a big work, with theuse of Visual Studio.NET intergrated development platform and Visual C#programming language, the fifth part takes intermediate and final approach segment ofRNP AR flight procegures for instance to design automatic parameter calculationmethod, and make sure accuracy by comparing with manual calculation.Futhermore, referring to the protection area drawing in designed of flight procedure such asRF-TF segement and arrival-approach segement, the sixth part uses AutoLISP which is akind of labguage embedded in software AutoCAD to realize drawing automatic, andmaking sure accuacy and availability by comparing with manual drawing. These twomethods are taken to relieve the workload of procedure designers and improve accuaryof the protection area drawing.
