As a kind of safety protection device,buffer is widely used.With the rapid development of industrial technology,the impact load in mechanical equipment is increasing and the running frequency is higher and higher.In order to ensure safety and improve efficiency,the buffer testing work is particularly important.The cost of the buffer test bench is high,the test period is long,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the buffer test.Therefore,a design scheme of high frequency and high strength impact device is proposed,which can meet the impact test of the buffer under high frequency and multi-period large load.First of all,according to the design requirements of the impact device,combined with the analysis of the buffer and the buffer test bench,the structure and working principle of the impact device are determined.The semi-closed explosive and the following locking mechanism meet the consistency of the initial volume of each cycle,and the larger impact effect can be achieved in a short time with a small amount of gunpowder.Then,the material selection and structure design of the main parts of the impact device are carried out.Then,the dynamic analysis was carried out by taking the movement body and the spool assembly of the impact device as the research objects.In addition,according to the theory of fluid mechanics and interior ballistics,the hydraulic resistance model of the locking mechanism and the pressure model of the semi-closed bomb combustion chamber are established.Finally,a gun buffer is used as the measured buffer.According to the test requirements,the pressure in the combustion chamber of the semi-closed bomb is simulated and analyzed by using Matlab and Fluent simulation software,and the pressure time curve in the combustor is obtained.By using ANSYS simulation software,the collision in locking mechanism is simulated and analyzed,and the safe impact velocity is obtained.The Matlab simulationsoftware is used to simulate the motion of the impact device for ten periods.The results show that the measured buffer achieves the impulse requirement of 170~200N.s under 25 Hz test and realizes floating stability.Therefore,the impact device can be used to test the buffer under high frequency and multi-period load.
