In order to realize the intelligent design of rocket and solve the problem of long period,low design efficiency and high input cost in the traditional design of rockets.Based on the research of rocket design theory,digital design technology of mechanical products,parametric design technology,advanced development technology of CAD/CAE Software and database technology,this paper constructs and develops a kind of rocket-propelled missile digital design system.The system integrates a variety of CAD/CAE software,realizes the structure parametric design and automatic modeling,virtual assembly,external load analysis and calculation of structural strength fem,and facilitates the design,optimization,theoretical analysis and calculation,simulation analysis and calculation of the rocket structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the demand analysis of the rocket-propelled missile digital design system,the system design plan is developed.According to the requirement analysis of system function and performance,this paper constructs the system structure,function architecture diagram,and E-R diagram of database logical structure.(2)The structure analysis simplification and sketch drawing of the three-dimensional model of the rocket,extracting the structural characteristic parameters of the main parts,building the whole structure of the rocket and the three-dimensional model template of the main parts,and realizing the automatic modeling and assembly of the main parts of the rocket based on UG software two times.Through the research of virtual assembly and virtual reality technology,the application of interactive virtual assembly submodule of rocket was developed by using Unity3 d virtual reality software,which realized the virtual assembly operation process such as automatic,manual and animation demonstration.The optimization of the whole structure parameters of the rocket is realized by the method of hierarchy step.(3)A simplified model of external load analysis and calculation is established by using the external load and strength analysis method of rocket projectile,and an external load analysis and calculation engineering algorithm is compiled by empirical formula.Using script language "Scheme",advanced development of fluent software was carried out to realize thefinite element simulation analysis and calculation of the external load of the rocket.With the aid of advanced development tools provided by Ansys software APDL language,the material characteristic parameter,state equation,solving algorithm and boundary condition of the rocket Structure strength simulation analysis file are set,and the strength finite element analysis calculation of the whole structure(or main parts and composite structure)of the rocket is achieved.(4)Using ADO technology to operate the database,the ADO realizes the connection and disconnect operation of the database of the rocket digital design system.Through the development of the interactive interface of the system database management module,the user can manage the system database data and model files.Using ActiveX control technology to develop the use of Help Management module,it is convenient for users to upload,browse,query,save and delete all kinds of use documents in actual design.(5)The actual test of each function module of the rocket-propelled missile digital design system shows the feasibility of the system in the digital design of different types of rocket products,and the reliability of the system operation and use.The development of the rocket digital design system not only greatly improves the design and research efficiency of the rocket,but also solves the complicated problems in the traditional design of the rocket,and provides some technical theory and experience support for the digital design of other conventional munitions in the field.
