| As the contradictions between resource alloc ation and higher and higher requirements for environmental protection,rural crop straw disposal in the countryside has always been a problem again,although a large number of straw waste is in a more effective resource utilization,but there are still ins ufficient.Its research and research on industrial waste gases have attracted worldwide attention and has been extensively studied.Straw-fly ash concrete is a new type of building material which adds fly ash and agricultural waste.However,due to the var iety of straw,the effect on concrete performance is different.So you need on the basis of a large number of trials explore how straw influence the new wall materials,how fly ash influence the wall materials and how both of two mixed materials influence the wall materials.In this paper,the oil,corn and straw in sichuan area were selected to be processed into two forms: powder and stripe.Based on the experiment and literature review,the content of straw was set to 4%,6%,8% and 10%,and the fly ash content was set to 5%,10%,15% and 20%.The mechanical properties and thermal performance of straw fly ash concrete with different dosage and shape were studied.The mechanical properties and thermal performance of straw fly ash concrete with different dosage and shape were studied.Firstly,the bulk density and collapse degree of the material were tested,and it was concluded that the density of the material was decreased with the increase of straw content,and the collapse degree was decreased.More water must be added under certain conditions,and the powdered straw is added with more than 1% plus water 18 kg.Straw material compressive performance of fly ash can be determined through tests and splitting the compressive performance,it is concluded that: th e same dosage of fly ash,dosage of straw,the more the material strength loss,the greater the strip straw yield loss is greater than the powdered straw.Under the same dosage,the strength of the materials under the same form of different types of straw was not significant.In certain scope,dosage of powdered straw wall materials strength increases with increasing dosage of fly ash to present first and then decreases,straw content over a certain range,will have little impact on the strength of fly ash.Finallyin meeting the requirements of wall materials minimum compressive strength and maximize the use of straw ash condition,it get the optimal mixture ratio: rape straw powder content is 6%,fly ash content is 10%,compressive strength and splitting te nsile strength can respectively reach 7.25 MPa,1.35 MPa.Through fixing dosage of fly ash,it research the change of the material thermal properties in different dosage of straw,it is concluded that the straw content increase with reducing the coefficien t of thermal conductivity of materials,heat preservation and heat insulation performance,thereby increasing wall materials.when straw content is 6%,the coefficient of thermal conductivity of materials reach to 0.95 mWK/ ?,it accords with the requirement of industrial building energy efficiency design standards,and can be applied to practical engineering.Straw fly ash concrete as wall materials not only its quality is light,it’s green environmental protection.it has strong heat preservation and heat insulation performance,at the same time the material price is low,and is conducive to large-scale promotion use,it has important practical significance that realize the sustainable development on the whole society. |
