To make the projectile,structure and the mechanical properties meet the requirements and let the projectile blast at ideal depth,scholars have paid more and more attention to the process of penetration.And they usually measured the signal by installing missile recorders in projectiles.It can effectively get the motion state and mechanical properties of the projectile though single and double integration of original signal.But,there is a big difference between the calculated and real values.To find the reason and get the rigid signal have great significance for the study of penetration.This thesis acquire the response law through numerical simulation first,and then to determine the experimental scheme.Then based on comprehensive analysis of numerical simulations,the characteristic response of projectile penetrating targets is obtained.Three aspects are mainly studied.Viz.,(1)response characteristics of sectional projectile penetrating aluminum plates under low velocity;(2)comparative analysis of the response characteristics of projectile under low and middle velocity;(3)though the experimental study to verify the conclusion of numerical simulations.For getting the response characteristics of projectile different parts,the projectile is designed with three sections.The structural response characteristics of projectile s in the process of penetration are analyzed;The installation position of the recorder is suggested;Compared the filtering effect of different cut-off frequencies.The irrationality to use one cavity is point out;The influence of various factors on the acceleration is analyzed. |
