Application Research Of Project-based-EHS-management In G Transmission China Region

Diversity and continuously improvement are features and expectation of envrionmental heatlth&safety(EHS)work,and also chaallenge EHS teams.Work in complex relationship and multifarious corrective and preventive tasks,to explore work manner is a critical action to breakthrough troubles.Improving is a project management process,so it's able to use project manner to complete the improving work.In group company,how to establish the whole region's project-based EHS management modle and improve the maturity,is an innovative topic for corperate EHS.This research combine newest ISO and GB system standard and Organizational Project Management Maturity Model(OPM3),and integrate incident principle,problem solving tool,action learning intention and JI(Job Instruction)manner,to develop the organizational project-based EHS management module in G transmission China region.Specific the frame and routine,integrate the tools and manner about driving improvement.Include macroscopical portfolio management and tiny daily task management.Following the theory countermeasure,apply the project management to programme and implement EHS works during change phase,and get obviously improvement.The practice shows portfolio,project strategical plan&job plan are contributive to complex problem solving and to improve multiple thought and creativity of EHS team.
