The Study On The Renewal For The Old City Of Beijing Driven By Cultural And Creative Industry

Abstract:With the incremental planning into stock planning of city construction in China,renewal of old city has become an inevasible problem in city development at present.The old city of Beijing has gradually nibbled and destroyed in the reconstructions and reforms after the founding of China,which causes irremediable loss and regret.How to protect and make full advantages of old Beijing,make reasonable use and update old city space of Beijing has become a problem that we must resolve as fast as possible.However,large-scale development of the creative industry can effectively turn it around.This paper takes the city block features and building space with traditional scenes as main research object to study the significances by developing the cultural creative industry and problems existing in the development.Moreover,it systematically makes investigation and analysis on cultural and creative industry activities in old city of Beijing,and starts from the role and impact of cultural creative industry development on old city of Beijing,which can study its change,impact and promotion to Beijing old city environment,industry and population.What's more,it puts forward related strategies based on introduction and analysis creative industry of Chengdu and Busan to promote the renewal of old city,thus can optimize the renewal of Beijing old city and develop principles,strategies and modes of the creative industry for guiding the renewal of Beijing old city and the scientific,reasonable and orderly development of city space structure.
