Research On Community Renewal Of Beijing Old Town Based On Cultural

Nowadays,the gap between Beijing's rapid development and the increasingly backward old city is more and more obvious.As an ancient civilized city with a long history and culture,Beijing's culture is not only a resource and soul,but also a means and tool for the renewal of the old city.Under the guiding ideology of President Xi's protection of historical context,this paper explores how the old city community can be renewed based on cultural protection and activation and utilization.Firstly,this paper explores that the focus of community cultural governance is to pay attention to people-community residents,the interaction between residents and the environment,community residents through their participation in community activities to change the community environment,so as to achieve sustainable renewal.The ecological system of American cultural governance,the types and projects of cultural and artistic activities,and the practical experience of Beijing's old city renewal are sorted out.According to the fact that the new general plan of Beijing emphasizes the overall protection of the old city and scholars seldom study the non-historical and cultural blocks in the old city,this paper chooses three blocks in the old city,one is the southern area of Liulichang West Street,the other is the Pingfang District on the west side of the National Grand Theater,and the other is the old district of Beijing,the Happy Society of Dongcheng District.District.To study and sort out the quality of its basic space carrier,architectural style,public supporting,cultural resources,historical buildings and cultures that need to be protected and inherited.Finally,the paper summarizes the objectives of community renewal in various old cities,collates the cultural activities with residents as the main body,and divides the renewal of old cities into two steps:protection and activation based on cultural protection and activation.First of all,to protect culture,we need to understand and learn culture.The second is activation.To activate culture,we need to disseminate and circulate it.The purpose of activation can be achieved through display and consumption.
