Study On Conflict Management Of Whole Process Of Green Building Construction Project

China is in the rapid developing stage of industrialization and urbanization.We should adhere to sustainable development,vigorously promote energy conservation,and properly deal with climate change,since all these behaviors are related to China's development trend and people's fundamental interests.Moreover,these are our significant economic and social developing police.So in the macro-economic environment,it's necessary to accelerate the implementation and promotion of green building construction.This paper begins with the layer by layer decomposition of internal target system by reading various literatures,which is formed by various stages of implementing green building,then divides each sub-goal to be achieved by the implementation phase.Next,according to the various implementation phases of green building,apply conflict management theory to identify the conflicts between the various sub-goals.Furthermore,in the application of LINMAP Model,select and solve conflict of objectives set,which could affect the green building throughout the entire life cycle,then from a practical point of view,propose specific solutions and case embodiments.Finally,for the Ministry of Construction's "Green Building Action Plan" during the "Twelfth Five-Year" period,some suggestions are given to promote the implementation of the program from the perspective of the objectives conflict controlling.
