Prefabricated building is favored by the society for its advantages of convenient construction,fast progress,energy saving and environmental protection.With the continuous development of prefabricated building,construction enterprises will inevitably encounter the situation of building multiple prefabricated building projects at the same time,and those projects share one same resource pool.And we all now the resource of the enterprise is limited,which lead to the management become more complex.The rationality of resource allocation directly determines the risk level of the project group management.In the allocation of project resources,once resource conflicts occur,it will not only lead to the difficulty of achieving the objectives of project duration,cost and quality,but also lead to the failure of enterprise objectives.Therefore,based on the tangible resources of prefabricated building,this paper focuses on how to adopt scientific and feasible risk management methods to manage the conflict risk of assembly building construction resources.On the basis of literature research,this paper decides to solve the problem by combining traditional risk management and information management methods.Firstly,it identifies the risk assessment indicators of prefabricated building construction resources,and then carries out risk assessment based on the index system.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and evaluation,BIM and ERP technology are introduced,and a risk management platform for resource conflict of prefabricated construction is proposed to realize information-based risk management.Firstlly,under the circumstance of less research literature in this field,the paper choose to extract indicators from three aspects: project group risk,resource conflict risk and prefabricated building construction risk.After expert investigation,this paper determine the preliminary index system.In order to ensure that the index selection is scientific and easy to evaluate,this paper carries out the principal component analysis of each dimension of the index,and finally determines the index system.Secondly,based on ANP and grey clustering method,the risk assessment model of resource conflict in assembly building construction is established.ANP takes into account the interaction between the indicators,and the calculated weight is more scientific.The grey clustering method can divide the risk into different grey classes,at the same time,it can determine the indicators that have greater impact on the risk.The feasibility of the method is verified by an example in this paper.Finally,a risk management platform for the resource conflict of prefabricated building construction is constructed.The platform makes full use of the characteristics of BIM technology visualization,ERP technology analysis and grey clustering method to carry out risk management.The platform analyses the practical needs of the resource conflict risk management of prefabricated building construction,and puts forward five functional modules,including planning management,resource management,monitoring management,comprehensive information and system setting module.Then the logical structure of the platform is analyzed,including the platform logical architecture and data flow architecture.In the paper,three key functions of the platform,data acquisition,data integration and risk monitoring are designed.It provides a train of thought for managers to develop the platform.
