With the development of car industry,Auto electronic manufacturing is in its golden period.As a very important part of the ignition system,ignition coil has great impact on the performance of automobiles.China is going to be the biggest country both the production and consumer.The ignition coil durability test equipment is lack of automatic and intelligent.Currenly status is diffecult to meet the fast requirement from product to market.So to develop having self-owned intellectual property,modern ignition coil durability test equipment is significant.Based on the research of the performance test methods,I develop a thermal cycle durability test system.The dissertation expounds the hardware design of system which includes the two key parts,ignition driver circuit and EST generator.Secondly,introduce the software design concept.Particularly the EST signal generate and control baseon Lab VIEW platform.This dissertation is referring to graman standard to design.The system can monitor and record the primary current and coil temperature when the coil firing.At same time communication with thermal oven,implement the oven alarm function and firing coil according the pattern setting.The system has below features: Monitor and record the measument result;offline analysis;record the timing information and daily check information,With continuous long working hours,able to work in bad industrial environment characteristics.In comparison with the traditional test equipment,the new equipment is not only in its high precision,well reliability and stability,low cost,but also in the automation,intelligent and visualization of test process.
