With the rapid development of China’s economy,the planning industry is also developing rapidly.At the same time,the development of the planning industry is also facing a series of problems,which has attracted the high attention of the party and the state.General secretary Jinping Xi said in Beijing in 2014: planning science is the biggest benefit,and planning is the biggest taboo.The problems faced by planning can be reduced to four points: synergy,scientific nature,democracy and stress.The reasons for these problems are manifold,involving systems,standards,technologies and modes.Planning production mode is a very important reason.All along,the plan adopts the "off-line isolation" mode of production.In this context,because of the reasons for different departmental interests,different professional fields,and inconvenient communication and cooperation,the independent planners,based on the numerous and independent planning results formed by different planning concepts and limited knowledge information,come down to the same country through the examination and approval of different planning managers.In earth space,problems are unavoidable.From the point of view of information,the essence of "off-line isolated" production mode is asymmetric information,and the Internet is an important way to solve this problem.In order to solve the above problems,this paper first studies the basic theory of urban planning and the development of urban planning,and finds and analyzes the existing problems in the current urban planning in China: a large number of urban planning data are difficult to be used scientifically and efficiently;different planning personnel are difficult to coordinate planning;different rules and regulations.There is a conflict between business and business.In order to solve the above problems,the collaborative technology theory is studied,and the collaborative thought is used as the guidance to design the urban planning platform,so as to solve the problems of the coordination difficulties in all aspects of the current urban planning.Based on the idea of synergy,this paper designs and implements a city planning platform based on Collaborative technology.According to the requirements of collaborative planning,the basic management function is the platform support framework,the basic operation requirements of the planners are realized.The online communication function is the medium of communication between users.It realizes the instant communication between the project members and the different projects and the data association,and realizes the item through the resource sharing module.From the data collection to the analysis and presentation,a series of collaborative processes are submitted,the key points are calculated,the key points and the conflict detection of the planning results are implemented.The collaboration between the planning services is realized,and the collaborative planning operation and communication of the users are displayed through the creative expression module.To improve the process of improving the planning results.
