| With the development of society and economy, Chinese high-rise buildings become more and more. Additionally, people need elevators more and more. The elevator need the property of high security, reliability, convenience and comfort. This paper combines intelligence community, intelligent buildings and network technology, designs and implements the elevator remote monitoring and controlling system based on instant messaging.The monitoring and controlling system consists of the instant messaging server, the user client and the elevator intelligent terminal. The instant messaging server is a remote monitoring platform for the lifts. The user client is a remote control platform for the lifts. The lift intelligent terminal is responsible for collecting information, uploading them to the server and transfering the user’s call request to the elevator control unit. The instant messaging server is responsible for the maintenance of the system database, response to the maintenance personnel’s operations on the server platform, and network communication with the other two communication terminal. In addition, assisted by the operation of the instant messaging server, the peer to peer TCP connection between the user client and the elevator intelligent terminal can be established, that’s instant messaging. The elevator user can use the client installed on his intelligent mobile phone to communicate with the elevator intelligent terminal through the peer to peer connection. He can get elevator’s running information and book the elevator to stop in the expected floor.The elevator intelligent terminal communicate with the elevator control unit according to the RSL protocal, it will upload the running information to the instant messaging server.In the design of intelligent terminal elevator, this paper divided it into two parts, the network communication unit and the elevator interface unit. The network communication unit is based on the RT5350 chip, with the design and migration of the OpenWrt operating system, the network communication unit integrates the WIFI capabilities. The elevator interface unit uses the STM32F103-C8T6 processor, and it can communicate with the elevator controller by RSL interface and interact with the network communicatioin unit through the serial port. Meanwhile, this paper implements the program remote update of the elevator intelligent terminal. The program can be updated remotely by the operations on the instant messaging server.During the test, the instant messaging server can show the elevator informaiton, the user information and the friendship information between the two. The server also contributes to establish end-to-end connection between the elevator and the elevator intelligent user client. The elevator user client can complete the user registration and login, display of the elevator friend list and the appointment interface of a particular elevator. The elevator intelligent terminal can read information and send it to the instant messaging server and elevator user clients. It can also provide users with WIFI and receive their reservation information. The remote update of the elevator interface module’s application program passed the test successfully. Now, the system is being used in a district of Hangzhou. |
