Progress,cost,and quality are the most basic management objectives in project management.The three are balanced and pinned each other.Therefore,in the actual construction process,the project balances the three goals with regard to the actual problems that occur.Create maximum benefits.Before the construction of the project,a reasonable project schedule goal is set,and the progress control during the construction process can ensure the success of the project to a great extent.Therefore,project progress management is very important in the process of enterprise development and growth.This article takes the second phase of the Pharmaceutical X Shop in a city as an example,focusing on how to shorten the construction period to discuss and analyze the progress management of the project.First of all,consult the project schedule management related information,references,and collate and analyze the characteristics of a project of the second phase of a pharmaceutical X Shop in a city and the project organization structure,and fully understand the characteristics of the project.Secondly,on the basis of understanding the project schedule management knowledge and fully understanding the project characteristics and organizational structure,from the decomposition of the project structure,analysis of the project construction responsibility matrix distribution,determine the project work relationship,estimate the project duration,calculate the project time Parameters,determine the project key path and key work,and finally draw the project Gantt chart and network plan diagram.In addition,the Engineering Department used the earned value management method in April 2018 to analyze the implementation of project schedule cost.The deviation analysis and performance analysis of the progress and cost of the project resulted in the project ending April 21,2018,with a delay of 21 days.Finally,after the engineering department analyzed the reasons for the delay,it used the CPM linear programming model to carry out the project schedule and cost,the method of minimizing the cost and compressing the construction period,and compressing the progress of the key work on the critical path,so as to ensure the project duration target.The completion.At the end of the paper,a series of measures have been formulated to ensure the progress-cost optimization results for the actual construction of the project and the construction environment.The research results of this paper are of reference value for reasonably shortening project duration,reducing enterprise costs,accumulating wealth of construction companies,and increasing core competitiveness.
