In the railway transportation system,the deceleration retarders installed on both sides of the guide rail can adjust the slipping speed of the train,which determines the normal operation of the train.As the deceleration retarders is vulnerable during the process of use,it is important for the performance testing,maintenance and management of the deceleration retarders.For performance testing,after analyzing the working principle of the speed reduction top and working conditions,my research team initially designed a set of automated testing equipment.According to actual measurement using in the Harbin Research Center for Speed Control,the equipment still has imperfect mechanical structural design.Detection equipment in the hardware circuit design is not standardized,the equipment needs to be improved.Nowadays,it is the era of Internet and mobile information.The control of detection equipment urgently needs a set of simple methods to realize.The real-time inspection of inspection data and complete storage and input are the results that operators and managers hope to see.In response to these problems and needs,this paper briefly analyzes the working principle of the deceleration top detection of the mobile vehicle designed by the research group,makes necessary explanations for its key links,according to the gap in the demand of managers,and proposes the design goals of the remote monitoring system.In the design process,after a variety of comparisons,corresponding schemes were selected at different design levels: In the hardware circuit,designed the SIM800 C chip and other interface circuits that communicate with the main control board STM32;Embedded data detecting part adopts MDK as development environment,with UC/OS-II as the operating system scheduling various data acquisition module,and through the HTTP protocol to achieve the key data is sent to the server process;The data center analyzed several scenarios for server establishment,obtained Apache as the server,PHP as the scripting language as the analytical development tool,Mysql database as the data storage object,and system management software development.The software selects the Qt platform and completes the design of the upper computer;For the use of wireless technology in mobile terminals,as a bridge between mobile phone and server communication,an APP is designed based on the Android platform to realize the control of detection equipment and the viewing of data information.After testing,basically meet the needs of the work.
