Research Of Embedded Concentrator With Web Server

With the impetus and guidance from the national strategy of "Intelligent Power Network", the updates of electrical power measuring equipments are speeding up. This situation provides a great opportunity for the development of intelligent electrical power measuring equipments and opens a vast market for these equipments. As the concentrator is one of the key equipments of electrical power measuring technology, its research have drawn more and more attention and the research focus begin to expand from basic function to extened function. At the same time, the reliability, security and maintainability of concentrator get a widespread concern.Based on the technolgoy accumulation of traditional concentrator, this paper present the research of concentrator under new situation and proposed an new type of concentrator with web server function. With the web server, this concentrator provide an easy-to-use way to maintain and manage concentrator, making the hardware configuration, management of power consumption information and system testing more convenient. Besides the expansion of function, the security and reliability of the concentrator are strenghthed.First, this paper introduces the hardware design and Linux portion of the concentrator based on an industrial ARM9 embedded microprocessor AT91SAM9260 and a CPLD. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the choice of embedded file system, the Linux driver development and system security configuration specified for the unique feature of concentrator. Second, this paper describes the design and implementation of the application functions of concentrator in detail, including the design of embedded database, HTTPS web server and mechanism of automatic mainterance. Third, this paper discusses the test method of hardware and driver module and the system software, and analyzes the test result, providing the direction of future improvement.
