With the urban layout shifting from horizontal to vertical,the number of high-rise buildings in every big city rose in a straight line.At present,there are about 350,000 high-rise buildings in the country,and over 100 meters of super-tall buildings account for about 2 percent of the total number of high-rise buildings in the world.The high-rise buildings are mainly large urban complex,which has the characteristics of high operation,high density of personnel,fire prevention and rescue difficulty,which can bring great danger and difficulty to firefighters.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct optimization research on fire disposal capacity of high-rise buildings.(1)According to the situation of high-rise building fire research at home and abroad in recent years,with the number of high-rise building fire,reason,analyzes the characteristics of high-rise building fire and its dangers,points out its disasters.Taking a city as an example,according to fire fighting equipment,fire fighting team construction,vehicle equipped with,rescue equipment is equipped with,etc.,the combination of high-rise building defense self-help capability,analyze the present situation of the city high-rise building fire safety assessment of high-rise building fire disposal ability.(2)The staff to work in physical fitness,vehicles,equipment,equipment use and fixed fire control facilities such as experiment test research,analysis of the factors present situation,summarizes the high-rise building fire disposal of emphasis,difficulty and existing problems,analyzes the important factors affect the ability of the high-rise building fire treatment,put forward the optimization of high-rise building fire disposal team personnel,vehicles,equipment scheme,the poor performance of the equipment and proposes some solutions to improve equipment,developed a more suitable for the disposal of high-rise building fire fighting.(3)Based on the specific case analysis results and test data,using the bayesian risk assessment theory construction of high-rise building fire fighting and rescue disposal ability evaluation index system,selection of personnel injury or die,direct economic losses,indirect economic losses,the effective control and the spread of fire evaluation index,the bayesian risk assessment model is established and evaluated the high-rise building fire disposal ability,highrise building fire disposal capacity optimization scheme is verified.The research results of this paper provide technical support for fire prevention and control and disposal of high-rise buildings,and solve the problems of construction,personnel allocation and equipment construction of high-rise building fire disposal.
