Research On Design And Optimization Of Information Model With BIM Technology

In 1975,Professor Chuck Eastman of the Georgia Tech University first created the BIM concept.BIM is short for Building Information Modeling,which is a engineering data model based on 3D digital technology and integrates various related information of construction project.It is one of the "second architectural design revolution" Digital Technology for Buildings.Through BIM technology,information sharing and collaborative work are carried out in the whole life cycle of project planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance.My paper takes BIM technology as the research focus,understands the concept of BIM technology,studies the background of BIM technology、domestic and foreign applications as well as the preparation and release of BIM technical standard.This paper analyzes the differences between BIM technology and CAD technology,summarizes the characteristics of BIM technology.In this paper,I mainly completed the following work:(1)According to the project overview of the project,according to the professional it contains induction and decomposition,to make the designed program of this information model.(2)According to the designed program,gradually design and build information models of construction,electrical,water supply and drainage,HVAC,fire and other professional and combine them into a whole model.In order to verify the effectiveness of the design and compliance,and realize the project Informatization management.(3)Through the collision detection,the information model is designed and optimized to solve the collision problem in the model,and an information model that can guide the construction on site is designed and constructed.(4)For the situation of duct system,design performance optimization and energy saving control program.Through the combination of on-site construction and information model,the factors that may be affected are analyzed and researched,and the influencing factors are found and adjusted so as to optimize the performance and control energy-saving.Through the design of the actual project to build the model,fully demonstrated the BIM technology visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and so on.Effectively solve the problem of intersecting,overlapping and collision between components in different specialty.The application of BIM technology has become mature in foreign countries,but it is still in the initial stage of development in china.With the release of the BIM technology standards and norms and perfect,more projects will use BIM technology,the usage rate and popularizing rate of BIM technology will gradually improve,believe BIM technology in the near future will become the backbone of the construction industry,it will promote the development of informatization in China’s construction industry.
