And because our currentprojects not yet ripe for the development of risk management, project manager of theconstruction stage for a weak awareness of risk management. How to give the earlywarning for the risk management of thermal power construction project has become anurgent problem, it has played an important part in promoting the thermal powerenterprise and improving the investment benefit.Based on the present situation of thermal power construction project, and referringto the research of risk on thermal power project management at home and abroad. Thisdissert reviews the theory of risk and risk early warning. Analyzes the characteristics andits risk of thermal power construction project deeply. Probe the content of riskmanagement of thermal power construction project.Sets up an corresponding risk earlywarning indicator system by the selection principle and steps, and the weights of theindexes are determined by applying the analysis hierarchy process, put the qualitativeanalysis and quantitative analysis together, to make early warning assessment on thermalpower construction projects. The result show that this early warning system has a strongreliability and accuracy, and its effect is obvious, uses this system to achieve efficientlythe early warning to our country’s thermal power construction project, thus achieves thefunction which prevents ahead of time to the risk of project. Finally, makes thediscussion of framework of risk early warning mechanism in thermal power constructionproject. This paper can enhance the risk awareness of thermal power construction projectrisk manager, and further provide certain reference basis for the risk aversion of thermalpower construction project. |
