Asphalt mixing plant comprises of continuous asphalt mixing plant and batch asphalt mixing plant.continuous asphalt mixing plant has characteristics of advanced renewable technology,large output and low energy consumption,it is widely used for national road construction in developed countries.Whereas,Batch asphalt mixing plant is mainly used in China at this present stage,auxiliary with continuous asphalt mixing plant.Along with the development of road construction in China,massive disused asphalt mixture has been generating in the process of road construction and maintenance.If the disused mixture can't be recycled,it will influence the sustainable development of highway course.To recycle the disused asphalt mixture,not only need advanced renewable technology,but also leading asphalt mixing plant.In addition,the production process of asphalt mixture should much more environmental protection,much more energy efficient and cost reduction.Therefore,the development of the leading technology of asphalt mixing plant has tremendous economic effectiveness and good social benefits.This paper regards Asphalt Recycle continuous mixing plant as research object,on basis of introducing its structure,emphasis on designing and analyzing data of key parts in Drying & Mixing System.Meanwhile,it come to conclusion that continuous asphalt mixing plant has obvious advantages in the terms of thermal efficiency,reclaimed material add proportion,measurement accuracy and environmental protection compare with batch asphalt mixing plant through experiment of burner performance,Marshall test of asphalt mixture and test analysis of emission and noise.With the introduction of Foam asphalt warm mixing technology,utilize continuous asphalt mixing plant to mix the asphalt recycling mixture of warm mixing.It proves that if use this continuous asphalt mixing plant to mix the warm mixing recycling mixture can not only increase add proportion of reclaimed material,but also improve road function and service life through wheel tracking test,experiment of longitudinal strain of pavement and road fatigue test.The research work of this paper: Research on aspects of the structure of continuous asphalt mixing plant,manufacture technique,mixture performance and etc.And analyze the warm mixing technology applied on continuous asphalt mixing plant.By practical application,relevant texts and experiments for this equipment,hence,the conclusion presents that continuous asphalt mixing plant has technical advantage to provide reference for its popularization and application in China.
