Research On Investigation And Application Of Highway Traffic In Hebei Province

As an important information resource of highway traffic,road traffic survey data is an important basis for obtaining the operation status of highway network.At present,there are some problems in the traffic investigation,such as the data quality is not stable,and the comprehensive analysis is not thorough.In this paper,the quality control and application of traffic survey in Hebei province are studied.To effectively control the quality of data,to carry out research on data application technology,the depth of the value of data mining,to deepen the investigation of road traffic situation in Hebei Province,to promote the construction of Hebei smooth and efficient,safe,convenient,green transportation plays a positive role.The main research focus on the following aspects:The research of data quality control.Complete the work of data quality control by means of scientific theory and perfect guarantee system in two ways.The scientific theory and method mainly aims at the quality problems such as the lack of the data,the deviation and so on.The data check,correction,and the completion of the work to ensure the reliability of the data.The analysis of traffic volume data includes five aspects: section traffic volume analysis,vehicle trip composition analysis,traffic volume time distribution analysis,traffic volume spatial distribution analysis and travel direction distribution analysis.The traffic volume data can understand the distribution of traffic volume in time,provide reliable information for the long-term traffic volume forecast;can understand the distribution of traffic volume in the geographical space,can help the comprehensive understanding of the traffic situation in the region.Based on the traffic congestion evaluation,the evaluation index of traffic congestion is established according to the situation of Hebei Province,and the congestion evaluation criteria are established by using three parameters of speed,traffic density and load.The establishment of congestion evaluation standard in Hebei Province,is conducive to the evaluation of the traffic operation,so that decision-makers to objectively grasp the city as a whole or part of road network traffic congestion degree,the time-space evolution and trends,so as to guide service or regulation engineering and traffic demand management measures in the formulation and effect analysis,planning and construction of city road maintenance work.
