Shield machine is a special construction machine used for underground construction such as tunnel excavation.The airlock is a device that guarantees the personal safety of the personnel in the shield machine.The study of the airlock hatch door has important significance and value.In view of the problems as follows need to be solved,the weight of the hatch door is very heavy,the process of locking and unlocking it is strenuous and the low efficiency of the cabin door switch,this paper designs a curved airlock door structure and locking mechanism for it.The numerical simulation of the mechanical and sealing performance of the door structure and the locking mechanism was carried out,and the main components of the arc door were simulated by machining.The main research content is as follows:A kind of curved hatch door of the airlock was designed.The mechanical properties of it were analyzed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The structure and size of the door were optimized by the finite element software and the result shows that,with respect to the original plate door,the arc hatch door are reduced in mass by about 30%,the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by approximately 10%,the maximum deformation value is reduced by about 54%,the safety factor is increased by nearly 13%,so that the mechanical properties of the hatch door has been greatly improved.A kind of handle locking mechanism of airlock has been designed.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to analyze the mechanical properties of the components of the locking mechanism.The results show that the structure of the handle locking mechanism is simple and the operation is labor-saving,and the working efficiency can be significantly improved.The design of the arc door seal and the seal structure are designed.The hermeticity of the arc door is numerically simulated.The compression ratio of the selected seal is analyzed.The results show that the compression ratio of the seal has an important influence on the hermeticity of the door.Analyze the processing technology of the main structure of the airlock hatch door,simulate the processing of the main components of the hatch through the UG numerical control module,and output the processing code to provide the production and application of the designed airlock door with handle locking mechanism basic data.The structure design,performance analysis and process simulation of the product are all completed on the computer.The design of the airlock curved door,handle locking mechanism and sealing structure in this paper provide basic data support for the design and application of the shield airlock.
