Water is a necessary material for the maintenance and survival of all living creatures on the earth,and water resources are also an important resource to ensure human survival,social stability and economic development.The size of the carrying capacity of water resources and the safety of the utilization of water resources is of great significance to whether the human life can continue and whether the social economy can continue to develop healthfully.This paper takes the administrative district of Guangdong as the research area.From the perspective of environment,population,economy and resources,it is analyzed by three factors,such as natural vulnerability,human vulnerability,and vulnerability of carrying capacity.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the index.At the same time,fuzzy comprehensive method,grey relational analysis method and set pair analysis method are used to build the vulnerability assessment model of water resources and establish corresponding evaluation criteria.Through the comparative analysis of the results of the model,it finds the problems of water resources system in Guangdong province.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for how to improve the current level of water resources management and how to effectively solve the existing problems of water resources in Guangdong province.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)It expounds the concept and connotation of water resources vulnerability,and analyzes the existing problems of water resources in Guangdong.The vulnerability of water resources is the characteristic of water resources,and it will change dynamically all the time after being affected.In recent years,the research direction of water resources vulnerability at home and abroad is mainly aimed at the recovery activities after the vulnerability of water resources is damaged.At present,Guangdong has less water per capita and low utilization efficiency of water resources,and the problem of water shortage is serious.(2)The vulnerability indicators of water resources are divided into natural vulnerability,artificial vulnerability and carrying capacity vulnerability.It uses entropy weight method to analyze the weight of response index.The adaptability of water resources is discussed in order to reduce the vulnerability of water resources.It rationally constructs the vulnerability assessment system of water resources,and uses entropy method to calculate the degree of influence of factors in the evaluation system.(3)It takes 22 cities and districts in 21 prefecture level cities of Guangdong province and Shunde District of Foshan as the research object.It takes the vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong Province as the target level,and constructs an index system to evaluate the vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong province.The water resources vulnerability of 22 research objects in Guangdong province from 2011 to 2015 was evaluated by three methods of fuzzy comprehensive method,grey correlation analysis and fuzzy set pair method.At the same time,it analyzes the evaluation results of the three models,and holds that the fuzzy set pair method is more accurate.Time series analysis shows that the vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong is becoming more and more serious.(4)This paper,based on the evaluation results of vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong province,puts forward the measures to reduce the vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong province,according to different countermeasures are given to establish intelligent water management,relying on science and technology,to promote water right transaction,the reform of industrial structure and so on reduce the vulnerability of water resources in Guangdong province.The study of water resources vulnerability is an evaluation and analysis of water resources utilization system from the aspects of water resources endowment,water resources development and utilization,and water resources utilization efficiency.This is a quantifiable part of the construction of ecological civilization.The rational evaluation of water resources vulnerability has important research significance and practical value for the efficient management of water resources,the construction of intelligent cities,the improvement of the sustainable development capacity of water resources,and the matching of water resources with the speed of urban development and construction in Guangdong.
